About myself.

Hi, I'm Sandra Elizabeth Baby, an aspiring account manager driven by a passion for building meaningful client relationships. My professional journey began in Morgan Stanley as an Operation Analyst in the client onboarding team. The firm’s culture of ‘putting the client first’ deeply influenced my professional values. As an Analyst, I have worked with multiple stakeholders, managed projects, mentored new team members, and analyzed clients’ pain points to deliver efficient solutions.

​As a two-time award winner for ‘Doing the Right Thing’, I go above and beyond to ensure that client has a seamless experience. Currently, I contribute as an accounts manager in NEXT, a Humber student-run agency. With a strong
foundation in client-centric values, I bring a blend of analytical thinking and creativity to account management, ensuring every client interaction reflects integrity.
